NEW GENERATION

Welcome to this Monday Morning Blog Inspirational Message "NEW GENERATION" and All Generations to come talks about God's Promises of blessings and judgment which are based on obedience to His statutes or commandments, "His key words." Then a reminder of what He has done for His people-the Chosen One. Since we are the Now Generation we share the impact and our accountability of obedience to the LORD'S commandments. Read Deuteronomy 5th Chapter and Matthew 22nd Chapter. We share Israel's divine encounter with the LORD, as well as our real-time supernatural encounter (s) with the LORD. We include the blessings of the LORD and end with "Thank You LORD!" A Must Read!

The NEW GENERATION, past and future Generations to come promises of the LORD are based on the key words “Thou Shall” which are found in Deuteronomy 5th Chapter through the 12th Chapter These PROMISES are the LORD’S blessings and judgments. Blessings for doing the “Thou Shall” and judgments for failure to do “Thou Shall.” Verses 4-5 “Moses stood between the LORD and His people to show them the Word of the LORD: because Israel was afraid of the fire that came out the midst of the mount. So the LORD talked with the people “Face to face,” in the mount, out of the midst of fire.” Verse 6 God said, “I Am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.” Then the I Am said, to the “New Generation.” Verses 1-22 “Hear O Israel the statutes and judgments that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them. This covenant I make now with you, not your fathers, but those alive today.

To reiterate Israel encountered a divine supernatural experience where the LORD spoke to them face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire.” The “I AM, the LORD thy God, which brought you out of Egypt from the house of bondage.”

What about this Generation? How does God speak to us---you and me? What if He spoke to us through a midst of fire? Someone recently asked me, if Jesus knocked on my door what would I do? Well I probably would not believe it was Him. Never had a supernatural experience like that. What are your thoughts?

But the LORD does answer in times of stress. His audio voice spoke to me reaffirming “He got my back.” I’m sure He has presented Himself to you and many others beyond imagination. I believe it is about a personal relationship with God filled with love, belief, trust and hope in the LORD. So what are you asking God for today. He speaks to us though His Holy Spirit living in us. He is known for stepping down from heaven to rescue and comfort us. Then He speaks to us through prayer, the hearing and reading of His Word.

God also reminded the people that it was He who delivered their ancestors out of slavery in Egypt. The people needed to know and always remember God’s power, might, favor and love towards them, His chosen people; as well as the people to always remember their history. Lastly out of the New Generation except for Moses, Aaron and maybe their sister, Miriam but, Caleb and Joshua were the only ones still alive out of the New Generation.

We are reminded of the importance in family coming together to talk about and reminisce family history of  life  struggles, sacrifices, injustices and successes. Most of us were taught family and godly values; the importance of an education and get a job to take care of self/family. Today not just a job, but entrepreneurship and to explore opportunities due to the vast changes surrounding technology. It is our responsibility to teach the “New Generation” our children/grands, nieces, nephews and others sound/wise counsel for moral, godly and life success as well as situations and testimonies  of God’s goodness, grace and mercy in and through our lives.  We must operate in the spirit of humility, empowerment, integrity and love for the LORD.

Now back to God giving His commandments-statutes and judgments to His people prior to entering the Promised Land. You can read His judgments which are the opposite of His blessing. We can say during that time, “God didn’t play the radio!” Even though He was “Longsuffering” with that generation and likewise with us.  The “Thou Shall verses: (7) have none other gods before Me; (8) not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth; (9) not bow down thy self-unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me;

(11)not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain: for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that takes His name in vain; (12) Keep the Sabbath day to sacrifice it, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee; (16) Honor thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee, that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the LORD thy God gives thee. Note this comes with a promise; (17) not kill; (18)  not commit adultery; (19) not steal; (20) bear false witness against thy neighbor; (20-21) desire thy neighbor’s wife, neither shalt thou covet thy neighbor’s house, his field, or his man servant, or his maid servant, his ox, or his ass, or anything that is thy neighbor’s.

More than 2,000 years have passed since that New Generation was given the LORD’S statutes-commandments to obey and receive His blessings or judgment for disobedience.

Now the 21st Century many Generations later where all believers are still held accountable to follow and obey God’s commandments, as well as Generations to come. See how we are held accountable. Matthew 22:40 These two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. The first greatest commandment is: Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, “Thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. The first 4 commandments falls under the greatest commandment: (1) “Thou shall have no other gods before Me; (2) Thou shall not make for yourself an idol; (3) Thou shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain; and (4) Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.”

These commandments stresses the absolute worship and reverence due to God, highlighting His sovereignty (absolute power) and holiness. Christ's call to love God with all ones’ heart, soul, and mind summarizes these commands, urging all believers to prioritize our relationship with the Creator above everything. Taken from Tropical Encyclopedia. LORD we worship, praise, love and adore You only!

The second greatest commandment is Matthew 22:39 “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. The last six commandments falls under the second greatest commandment: (5)“Honor your father and your mother; (6)Thou shall not murder; (7) Thou shall not commit adultery; (8)Thou shall not steal; (9) Thou shall not bear false witness against your neighbor; (10)Thou shall not covet.”

These commandments governs human relationships, promotes respect, faithfulness, honesty, and contentment. Christ's directive to love ones’ neighbor as oneself summarizes these principles, urging all believers to treat others with the same care and respect they desire. Thanks LORD we treat our neighbors like we want to be treated.

We are now the Newer Generation of confess believers in Jesus Christ. Recipients of the greater and new covenant through the LORD’S sinless sacrifice on the cross for our sin and more. Through His resurrected body and return to His Heavenly Kingdom, sitting on the Right Hand of God-His & our Father praying for us daily. Then He has not left us defenseless, but has equipped us with His Holy Spirit, His proven Word, power and authority---even when we fall LORD please forgive and help us—Now more perfected in Christ with humility before the LORD, asking for forgiveness and to obtain perfection in Christ. Then LORD Your continued blessing like You promised Israel in Deuteronomy and throughout the Bible. We believe and trust You.  We pray our worship, praise and actions are like sweet savory to Your nostrils.

Deuteronomy 8:6 Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in His ways, and to fear Him. This is for all Generations that believe despite the season that we are living in. Maybe the next title “Despite the Season?”

The Blessings for Generations:

Wealth of Houses and Land

(7) For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills; (8) A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;

No lack-An Overflow

(9) A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass. (10) When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.

The LORD Goes Before Us & With Us In Battle

(9:3) Understand therefore this day, that the LORD thy God is He which goes over before thee; as a consuming fire He shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee. Then God reminded the people in other verses in this Chapter not to forget Him. The land received was promised to their forefathers. We are to remember many of our blessings are due to God promises to our mother, grandmother from generation to generation.

John 14:27- “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” God Presence Matthew 28:20b:“And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” James 1:17 “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” Matthew 7:7 God’s Provision “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” John 3:16 The Greatest Gift – “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

So LORD we thank You for filling us with Your blessings of Peace, life time Presence in our affairs, for Every good and perfect gift, for Rejoicing always, praying continually and giving thanks in all circumstance, for Your Provisions and the Greatest Gift of all-Everlasting life with You!
