COMMITMENT is a verbal and signed agreements, pledges or promises to do or fulfill something such as promises to our children; following the rules on the job; and making monthly payments until paid in full. Moreover all have made promises for self-improvement like cutting back on sweets, walking, and following through on previous commitments made. Most times we remember our promises whether they are personal or involve others. Imagining our COMMITMENTS are realistic and makes sense. Therefore in general we ought to plan to make good on verbal and written promises. Can you identify your "NEW LIFE EXPERIENCE" in Christ?" For many we grew up in the church. There was no option. We walked to Sunday School me and siblings all the way down 21st Avenue to avoid the traffic on 22nd Avenue. Back then that Avenue was only two lanes. Walking to the church was fun. Then crossing 22nd Avenue and cutting through the Elementary School we reached the church. Realizing it or not the church had a great impact on your life and mine. We learned the importance of church attendance and raising our children in the church-Good vibes. Our moms or those who took us to church intent was for us to have a foundation in Christ. This blog recognizes and honors the death of Jesus on the cross, His burial that leads us to the Resurrected Christ to the resurrected believer's "NEW LIFE EXPERIENCE" in the LORD and its meaning.

Continuing to shine light on Women's History Month as we highlight Wilma Rudolph, an African American HISTORY MAKER. Wilma was officially recognized as the "Fastest woman in the world." The first American woman runner to win three gold medals. Wilma encountered early childhood issues, then told by doctors "She would never walk again." Yet becoming a HISTORY MAKER. We declare girls/women and boys/men are like Wilma HISTORY MAKERS. We share how Wilma was able to overcome adversities and the demonstration of faith without work is dead. A must read.
