Welcome to #YourDestiny, #Your Best Monday Morning Inspirational Blast "WE ARE VICTORIOUS" in the LORD. Despite God may not remove our mountain (s) but He gives us peace in the midst, strength to climb and endure, the assurance of His love, grace and mercy. So as believers we must trust God, try Him at His Word and believe “WE ARE VICTORIOUS.” This blast emphasizes our life battles and struggles are too deep and devasting to rely on our measly human power of flesh and blood. We would fail tremendously with the inability to overcome satan’s tricks, schemes and deceptions.
Then Ephesians 6:10 is a Word of encouragement. “Finally, my brethren, being strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might.” Notice not our might but leading us to God’s instructions on how to fight our battles. Why? because verses 12-13 confirms “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
Principalities and powers represents sin, evilness and darkness in the world. Read these Biblical truths about satan and evilness. Ephesians 2:2 “Wherein in time past ye (Talking about us before our confessed belief in Christ) walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air (satan), the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience.” Also “Rulers of darkness and in high places” operates in world leaders. Then Job 1:6-7 “One day the angels came to present themselves before the LORD, and satan also came with them. The LORD said to satan, “Where have you come from? satan answered the LORD, From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.” First Peter 5:8 “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone (Believers) to devour or overcome.” Second Corinthians 11:14 “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. He is the spirit of deception. Revelation 12:9 “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the devil, and satan, which deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”
Satan passionately hates Jesus with a mission to turn our hearts away from the LORD and doubt our assurance of Salvation with the LORD. Yes, the stakes are high leading to eternal life or eternal death. Thus Thanks LORD, WE ARE VICTORIOUS in Christ. We are doers, not just hearers of Ephesians 6:11,13-17. We “Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Then verse 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.” Next week we plan to break down the Whole Armor using excerpts from Get Through, Going Through-Life book.
