Welcome to #YourDestiny, #Your Best Monday Morning Inspirational Blast “WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS.” Mostly all of us especially the 50’s babies sung WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS all the time in church. Yet today these lyrics are still prevalent. Representing the Word of God—confirmed in Philippians 4:6-7 “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Reminding us that WHATEVER we are going through today like our sins, griefs, offended, defensive, needless pain, troubles, sorrows, trials, temptations, discouragement and/or any other issue the Word clearly says, “Carry Everything to God in Prayer." When we do this the LORD gives us peace like a river, He forgives us of our sins, strengthens our walk with Him and He still loves us. We may have to go through something to become more perfected in Christ but rest assured He [Jesus] is a Friend so Faithful. Here are the lyrics to WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS. "All our sins and griefs to bear! What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer! Oh, what peace we often forfeit. Oh, what needless pain we bear, all because we do not carry everything to God in prayer! Have we trials and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged—Take it to the LORD in prayer. Can we find a friend so faithful, Who will all our sorrows share? Jesus knows our every weakness; take it to the LORD in prayer. Are we weak and heavy-laden, cumbered with a load of care? Precious Savior, still our refuge—take it to the LORD in prayer. Do thy friends despise, forsake thee? Take it to the LORD in prayer! In His arms He’ll take and shield thee. Thou wilt (will) find a solace (comfort) there. Blessed Savior, Thou hast promised Thou wilt (will) all our burdens bear; May we ever, LORD, be bringing all to Thee in earnest prayer. Soon in glory bright, unclouded. There will be no need for prayer—Rapture, praise, and endless worship will be our sweet portion there (With You LORD)." WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS an encouragement for all believers to “Carry Everything to God in Prayer” not just one thing but EVERYTHING, repeatedly until our spirit is in agreement with God’s Spirit. We are to demonstrate the fruit of His [God’s] Spirit. Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. We are no longer ourselves. Second Corinthians 5:15 “And that He died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto Him which died for them, and rose again. Thanks for WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS, thanks for Your love LORD and waiting for us to Carry Everything to You in Prayer!  It is our prayer this Inspirational Blast blesses you, your family and friends as I am blessed in knowing WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS!
