GOD'S MASTERPIECE

Do you have the gift of "Persuasion" when speaking to others? Maybe the gift of playing an instrument, singing, dancing, listening, athletic abilities, helping and patient with others; and/or great in your profession. No one can do it just like you! Despite ai that builds off the pre-existing knowledge of technology, science, medical, voices and the skills of human talents. Note ai nor technology is greater than God. He is the Creator of the Heavens and Earth and everything in it belongs to Him (Deuteronomy 10:14). This blog titled, GOD'S MASTERPIECE shares who is the MASTERPIECE, the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. "When you discover what you will be in your life," the cup of bitterness, God's will and way, "Good works" and more. A must read!

The words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. “When you discover what you will be in your life, set out to do it as if the Almighty God called you at that specific moment.”  Furthermore, “Don’t just purpose to do a good job. “But set out to do such a good job that the living, the dead, ai or the unborn couldn’t do it any better.”

Ephesians 2:10 "For we (you & I) are God's workmanship and through Christ created for Good Works. Requiring to let go of our will and way. Then to take on God’s will and way like Jesus did in Luke 22:42. "Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me. Nevertheless, not My will, but Yours, be done;" Blog title, GOD’S MASTERPIECE. In other words, “You are GOD’S MASTERPIECE.

Now while hanging and dying on the cross Christ's cup was filled with agony, pain and torture. Many times our bitter cups are filled with sorrows, disappointments, pain and traumatic events. God may not remove our bitter cups. Bitter cups have intent purposes like Jesus’ death payment for our sins and more. A portion of Romans 5:3-4 reminds us “But we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation works patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope.

Our hope is in the LORD. Second Corinthians 1:20 “For all the promises (goggle His promises) of God in Him are yea-yes, and in Him Amen (means truly or so be it), unto the glory of God by us. Then Numbers 23:19 “God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the Son of man, that He should repent: has He said, and shall He not do it? or has He spoken, and shall He not make it good?

Without a doubt during our times of trouble Matthew 11:28-30 “Come unto Me, all you that labor and are heavy laden (like sad, despair, burden & hopeless), and I will give you rest. Take My yoke (guidance, care) upon you and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly (filled with compassion, love, kindness) in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls (heart, mind). Out of the heart are the issues of life. Ephesians 6:16 “Guard our hearts O LORD with Your shield of faith, wherewith we shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. You and I are GOD’S MASTERPIECE, destined for “Good works” that pleases God.

There is more. First Chronicles 4:10 “And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, O that thou would bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast (territory), and that Thine hand might be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.” What God did for Jabez, He is more than able to do for you and I”. Pray Jabez prayer.

“Good works” pleasing to God also includes: consistent prayers seeking His guidance, asking for more wisdom and knowledge; prayers of thanksgiving, praise and worship; acknowledging His Majesty, Power and  Authority for all He has done and continues to do; we must be intentionally driven with a purpose; your “Good works” reflects the Spirit of Christ’s humility, love, kindness, forgiveness and more; It is important to receive training and participate in workshops for improvement. As said in last week’s blog, to always maintain a teachable spirit; and to engage those you serve or oversee for input because it matters.

Then Habakku 2:2-3 “And the LORD answered me, and said, write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Moreover there should be an action plan to accomplish goals, and objectives with timelines; always review and make changes as needed. Do you have a plan to address distractions taking you away from your purpose-your “Good works.” For example politely limit small telephone talks. Most of those conversations are not of importance. One solution to resist the temptation is to tell the caller, “Unable to talk right now, but I will call you back. Return the call after you have completed your “To do list.” Structure your time to complete tasks and ministry; demonstrate good communication that includes listening and validating others’ concerns. Don’t neglect family like children, husband nor wife. Pencil in time-a routine schedule  to meet the needs of those you love. As parents and caretakers our children and grands received good gifts, rewards, promises, discipline, consequences and praises to help mold positive character; to correct and hold them accountable for what they say-said and did-done. Many grew up in the church learning godliness. We reiterated what they learned at church and taught moral values at home. We followed the "Footsteps" of our moms, grandmothers, other relatives, neighbors and friends reiterated church attendance which included youth activities, Youth Days and more to increase excitement and the love for Christ and His church, despite our imperfections. Sunlight is the highest-energy ever recorded is far beyond what scientists thought possible. Light from the sun can reach energies of nearly 10 trillion electron volts (Live Science, Kiley Price, 8/4/23). I cannot imagine 10 trillion electron volts.
So let us think in terms of electric volts to operate the average household. A typical 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in the U.S. operates on a 120/240-volt, single-phase electrical system according to the internet. Now brings back to memory many-most are familiar with 120/240 voltage. The service panel delivers both of these voltages to different circuits depending on the power requirements of our appliances and lights. Right on… Our mother bought a dryer, but could not hooked up until more voltage was added to the house.
