Yet Isaiah 43:19 "Behold, I will do a new thing;" Question: What is that "New thing" you want God to do in your life? "Now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert." This verse reflects the hope and renewal that spring brings, as well as God's power to bring about new beginnings in the lives of His people; as well as seasonal change, God's faithfulness and more. Introduction 1 Corinthians 13:11 "When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man or woman, I put away childish things." In remembrance of our childhood life journey to fully grown was filled with mothers, fathers, grandparents, uncles, aunties, neighbors, teachers, old ladies from the church and/or others' input that shaped your life and mine. Then fully grown was not subjective to age like 18 or 19 if still lived in parent's house. So for most, the childhood life journey was filled with scolding, whippings, "Go to your room" and more. Then depending on the caregivers' parenting style exceptions to the general or normal way of how "Black folks" raised children.
