As parents and caretakers our children and grands received good gifts, rewards, promises, discipline, consequences and praises to help mold positive character; to correct and hold them accountable for what they say-said and did-done. Many grew up in the church learning godliness. We reiterated what they learned at church and taught moral values at home. We followed the "Footsteps" of our moms, grandmothers, other relatives, neighbors and friends reiterated church attendance which included youth activities, Youth Days and more to increase excitement and the love for Christ and His church, despite our imperfections.
