CHOSEN

Ephesians 2:10 excerpts "We are God's workmanship and through Christ created for Good Works. Requiring self-denial like Christ. Also focusing on Luke 22:42 saying "Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me. Nevertheless, not My will, but Yours, be done;" in addition to Christ's cup, our bitter cup and ways to remain focus on Good Works since we are CHOSEN by God for greatness—His Good Works!

Welcome to #YourDestiny, #Your Best Monday Morning Inspirational Blast: “CHOSENbefore time to present and future. We are CHOSEN by God for greatness. Ephesians 2:10 KJV “For we are His [God] workmanship (masterpiece), created in Christ Jesus unto Good Works (through the power of Christ living in us), which God hath before ordained (decreed) that we should walk in them. All “Good Works” regardless of how it looks to man/woman are ordained by God. Our “Good Works” created through Christ because of His shed blood, resurrection power and ascension/return to our heavenly Father. Jesus is also our Mediator. Walking in "Good Works" requires self-denial like Jesus. Luke 22:42 saying, "Father if You are willing, remove this cup from Me. Nevertheless, not My will, but Yours, be done." Jesus was praying in agony. The time was nearing to His physical, emotional and mental abuse up to His death on the cross—Jesus’ “Cup”— of pain from the whip, beatings, hands and feet nailed to the cross in such a way to prevent Jesus’ skin from ripping and His falling from the cross. A crown of thorns pushed down upon His head, the loss of blood, Jesus’ lack of strength and difficulties breathing.  He suffered the penalty of death for everyone’s sins. Our benefits includes forgiveness of our sins, restored relationship with God and Salvation. What is our cup? Sufferings from divorce, sickness, grief, hard-headed children, lack, mount of bills, food costs, shame, drug addictions, crime, discrimination and/or more. Yet in all my days of living no way my cup measures up to or has been full and heavy like the cup Jesus bore. Other situations, places and/or countries of lawlessness folks have gone through more than I can imagine. Jesus fore knew He was the CHOSEN ONE, in agreement with His “Good works” ordained by His Father. But the human person of Jesus was in agony. Jesus said, “Nevertheless” meaning regardless, “Not My will, but Yours, be done.” How many of us can say what Jesus said? It is God’s will that we are being perfected in Him, to want nor lack nothing; It is God’s will that we seek His face first, then He will give us the desires of our hearts; It is God’s will that we walk in our divine purpose---because we are CHOSEN by Him for “Good works.” To get through our “Bitter cup” when seemingly more than we can bear let us remember Isaiah 41:10 “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” John 16:33 “These things I have spoken unto you, that in Me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” Psalms 37:23-24 “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delights in His way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholds him with His hand.” Thank You LORD we are CHOSEN by You and walking in Your will of “Good Works.” As always, #peace, #love, #hope, #blessings, #deliverance, #belief, #salvation, #meditate, #praise #Neatbooks4u
