A five minute Inspirational Message to cope with grief during the holiday seasons due to death of loved ones and other traumatic events. To grieve is a normal healthy emotion. Jesus grieved. He wept over the death of his good friend, Lazarus. Read John 11:33-35.

On many occasions we have tremendous difficulty navigating through death and traumatic events to reach some degree of acceptance. Not to minimize our loss. Therefore this inspirational message is to help us "Navigate Through the Holiday Blues." Looking forward to you tuning in and our conversations through blog-talk. As always Arnetha declares "Your Destiny, Your Best."

2nd Week of Monday morning weekly Inspiration-"Hold On, I'm Comin" a secular song by Sam & Dave. Lyric highlights for this Inspirational Message are: "Don't you even be sad. Lean on me, when times are bad. When the day come and you are down, in a river of trouble and about to drown. Just hold on, I'm comin. Hold on, I'm comin." These lyrics are about love relationships. I believe the messages Sam and Dave wanted to get across were for their women, then women in general to know that help was on the way from their man/husband. Also to "Hold On, I'm Comin," an "Old school song" that is relevant for today.
Sip with Me, as we SIP ON GOD'S WORD to share a short weekly series on The Trump & Republicans' Saga. The purpose is to share my sentiments, increase our understanding of what happened, help us cope more effectively and not to lose hope.
A summary of Getting Through the Holidays portrays real feelings and emotions associated with the loss and memories of loved ones; as well as, trauma events. Excerpts are shared from Help in the Midst of Grieving Handbook to hopefully benefit and bless others. I will also share the passion to write this handbook.
Giving Thanks/Thanksgiving demonstrates our gratitude for endless blessings to include harvest, family & prosperity. Moreover, I would be amiss for failing to acknowledge this holiday triggers depression, isolation & pain. This is the truth for those who have experience the death of loved ones & or other trauma events. The purpose of this article is to share a portion of history on Giving Thanks/Thanksgiving, mourning of the Wampanoag-Native Americans & grieving insight/help.
I Am, Chapter One of Get Through, Going through Life book was written to reinforce God's love for us; and belief that God--Himself--orchestrated Paul's writings on warfare to help everyone get through life challenges.
